Accreditation & Continuous Improvement
At Saint Ambrose Catholic School, excellence is not a destination—it is a commitment. As an accredited Member School of the Minnesota Nonpublic School Accrediting Association (MNSAA), we participate in a process of continuous improvements that ensures we are providing an exceptional Catholic education rooted in academic excellence, faith formation, and student growth. MNSAA accreditation provides independent validation that our school meets high standards while challenging us to continually evaluate, strengthen, and enhance every aspect of the student experience.
A Partnership in Excellence
Accreditation through MNSAA is far more than a periodic review. It is an ongoing partnership that guides schools through self-study, strategic planning, annual reporting, and evaluation. Throughout this process, faculty, staff, parents, leadership, and school committees work together to assess our strengths, identify opportunities for growth, and ensure every decision supports our mission and the success of our students.
Our Strategic Plan
One of the cornerstones of the MNSAA accreditation process is the development and implementation of a comprehensive Strategic Plan. Built through collaboration with school leadership, faculty, families, and committees, our Strategic Plan serves as a living roadmap for the future of Saint Ambrose Catholic School. It establishes clear priorities and measurable goals that strengthen our Catholic identity, academic excellence, school culture, faculty support, safety, and communication while ensuring we remain faithful to our mission for years to come.

Our 2026 Strategic Priorities
Our current Strategic Plan focuses on five key objectives:
- Improve the Overall Experience of Belonging
- Improve the Learning Experience for All Students
- Improve the Teaching Experience for Faculty and Staff
- Improve Safety and Security Preparedness and Practices
- Improve Communication to Unify Stakeholders Around the School Mission
