Parent / Student Handbook

At Saint Ambrose Catholic School, we believe parents, educators, and students each play an essential role in forming children in faith, knowledge, and virtue. Together, we nurture every child on their journey with Christ through exceptional academics, joyful participation in prayer and service, and a learning environment that embraces each student’s unique God-given gifts.

Please refer to the Parent-Student Handbook for important information about our school policies, procedures, and expectations.

School Supplies

Preparing for a successful school year begins with having the right supplies. Each grade level has a specific list of materials selected to support classroom learning and help students start the year organized, confident, and ready to learn.

View the Current School Supply Lists to access the supply list for your child’s grade level and ensure they have everything needed for a successful start to the school year.

TADS

Saint Ambrose Catholic School utilizes TADS, an online tuition and billing management system, for tuition payments and most school fees. All payments are made directly through your TADS account. If you have questions regarding your account or payment schedule, please contact the TADS Family Helpline at 612-548-3320 or visit TADS support page.

Safe Environment Training

The safety and well-being of every child entrusted to our care is a shared responsibility at Saint Ambrose Catholic School. In partnership with the Archdiocese of Saint Paul and Minneapolis, all adults who volunteer with children are required to complete the Essential 3 safe environment requirements, including a background check, VIRTUS training, and a signed Code of Conduct. Click here to learn more about the requirements, complete your training, or renew your certification.

Artsonia

Saint Ambrose Catholic School is proud to partner with Artsonia, the world’s largest online student art museum, to celebrate and preserve our students’ creativity. Throughout the school year, student artwork is uploaded to each child’s personal Artsonia gallery, creating a lasting digital portfolio that families can enjoy for years to come.

Parents and family members are invited to view and celebrate their child’s artwork by leaving encouraging comments, sharing galleries with loved ones, and even uploading additional artwork created at home. Artsonia also offers the opportunity to purchase high-quality keepsakes featuring your child’s artwork
